Description

Increasingly, educators are realizing that one of the highest leverage change strategies is attending to the climate and culture of a  school as a learning environment. But the real question is how to do this beyond questionnaires and surveys.  In this session, Dr. Peter Senge and Dr. Mette Boell will explore social fields as a general framework for focusing on developing classrooms, schools and communities as more generative social spaces, and then practice with the ladder of inference, a powerful tool for looking at how we can confront complex issues in ways that can either strengthen or undermine trust, respect and a sense of mutuality and shared responsibility.
