Although specialized and STEM skills training rightfully get a lot of attention, workers also need a set of less-technical skills to thrive in the workplace. These are the ‘human skills’ – ones that withstand changes in technology or the global marketplace. By synthesizing more than three dozen frameworks and validating with more than 40 experts, we have defined a framework of future-ready skills that help individuals to work, collaborate and manage in any job or at any hierarchical level. We have also developed a set of short workshops through which individuals can understand their tendencies on these skills and plan their strategies for improvement. In this webinar, we discuss how educators and employers can use these materials to help every individual be more ready for the fast-moving workplace of the future.Topics: Future of Work
