After over two years of research, the MIT Task Force on the Work of the Future has released its final report, “The Work of the Future: Building Better Jobs in an Age of Intelligent Machines.”

In this J-WEL webinar, the Task Force’s Executive Director Elisabeth Reynolds provides insight into how new technologies are changing the nature of work and what institutional reforms are needed to support workers and more broadly shared prosperity. Recommendations focus on innovating in skills and education, improving job quality, and expanding and shaping innovation.

In this webinar, Reynolds discusses how this research can support and inform participants' own educational transformation efforts.
