MIT Bootcamps has worked closely with the CLO/HR of A Major European Telecom to develop and deliver custom courses from MIT instructors and coaches focused on innovation, technology (IoT, Blockchain, AI), and leadership for different levels of the company:
- Senior leadership (Board & C-Level) - New Frontiers focuses on industry-specific emergent technologies for Senior Executives and Boards and takes place on MIT Campus.
- Emerging leaders - Leaders from throughout the company come together to learn how to lead innovation for their company. This intensive one-week Bootcamp can take place at MIT or off-campus (domestic and abroad).
- Senior engineers - A deep dive into cutting edge technologies (IoT, Blockchain, AI) for experienced technologists. Teams produce feasible prototypes of tech-based solutions based on opportunities for the company. Lab-based courses take place on MIT Campus.
- Young talents - High potential early career employees are taught systematic approaches to innovation, teamwork, effective communication, and leadership in an intensive one-week Bootcamp at MIT or off-campus (domestic and abroad). Teams identify opportunities for their company and develop a viable solution. This Bootcamp also helps identify emergent talent for companies.
