We work with schools, companies, governments, and nonprofits to transform the nature of workforce learning around the world. We do this by:
- Provoking Valuable Conversations - Through active events and communications channels, we host discussions that advance our understanding of pressing challenges in workplace learning for workers and organizations
- Creating & Curating Building Blocks - Our growing suite of curated materials develops MIT research findings into tangible tools for use by a variety of stakeholders across the spectrum of advice, learning, and credentialing
- Partnering for Change - We work with groups inside and outside MIT to design and deploy interventions that measurably impact the incumbent and future workforce.
